Kevin Kellogg started what would eventually be his real estate career when he was only a teenager. He offered his lawn mowing services to a neighbor. At first, the owner declined, but even then, Kevin had a certain business savvy, even at his young age. So, he left his phone number with the property owner. A  few weeks later he got that job. “The friendship and working relationship grew from there,” Kevin said. Additionally, it was at this time that Kevin learned a lesson he would carry with him: “If you take care of your customers, they’ll take care of you.” Kevin has rolled that into everything he does. “Take care of people, treat them the way they deserve to be treated — with dignity and respect,” he said.

Kevin Kellogg has been an agent for the last ten years, and has owned his own brokerage, Logical Choice Realty Group, for the past four years. Today, Logical Choice Realty Group (LCRG) is a real estate team headquartered in Cape Coral that works with buyers, sellers, investors, renters, and those that need professional property management in Southwest Florida, (concentrating on Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte). LCRG has many relationships with investors from all over the U.S. and the world. Kevin knows that his philosophy of excellent customer service with an emphasis on reliability, honesty, trust, and “just good communication” is paramount for the success of his company. Even something as simple as a return phone call makes a huge difference. “People just don’t return phone calls,” he says. “I can’t tell you how many clients we have gotten because [people say] ‘you’re the first agent to call me back. I’ve called several real estate agents, and nobody returns my phone call.’” Kevin believes that answering the phone and doing what you say you’re going to do is the biggest part of being successful today.” He knows that taking good care of current buyers can eventually turn into repeat buyers, that helping someone sell a home can lead to that same person buying another,  and current tenants may very well lead to future buyers.

LCRG and the Kelloggs also work closely with community organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Gulf Coast Humane Society as a way of giving back. Kevin says it’s his favorite part of both the job and of being a member of the Southwest Florida community. “Kids, cats and dogs need someone to take care of them too. We’re blessed and thankful that we’re able to do that. “I think the biggest part of this is being thankful. It really makes a difference in everything we do.” The Kelloggs and Logical Choice Realty Group are faith-based. They give God all the Praise for every client and for all their success.
