Take Your Home to the Next Level with Curb Appeal
Outdoor living space is so important in Florida!
Homeowners have improved their outdoor space more and more! And, it is paying off at resale, according to a new survey from the National Association of REALTORS®. 92% of REALTORS® say they recommend sellers improve their curb appeal prior to listing. The 2023 Remodeling Impact Report: Outdoor Features show that REALTORS® most often recommend general landscaping maintenance, standard lawn care service and tree trimming.
It’s not surprising that nearly all REALTORS® and most homeowners place high value on curb appeal and a “well-maintained yard,” Manicured green spaces help the environment, increase home values, and make communities more desirable.
The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way folks use their homes for daily living, relaxation and entertainment. Homeowners now embrace their outdoor spaces. They transform them into an oasis with pools, patios, plants and greenery. And, if you’re looking to sell your home, these updated, outdoor features also attract buyers.
